Job Description:
As a Robotics Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing robotic systems and components. You will work on a range of projects from concept to deployment, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to create advanced robotics solutions. Your expertise will be vital in enhancing robotic functionality, reliability, and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop robotic systems, including hardware and software components.
- Integrate sensors, actuators, and controllers to build and test robotic prototypes.
- Develop and implement algorithms for robot perception, control, and motion planning.
- Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and software engineers to ensure seamless integration of robotic systems.
- Conduct simulations and testing to validate and refine robotic designs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to robotic systems.
- Stay updated with advancements in robotics technology and incorporate new techniques into projects.
- Document and communicate project progress, technical specifications, and results to stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Robotics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Ph.D. is a plus.
- Experience: 2+ years of professional experience in robotics engineering or a related field.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C++, Python, or ROS (Robot Operating System).
- Experience with robotic hardware, including sensors, actuators, and control systems.
- Knowledge of robotics algorithms, including kinematics, dynamics, and motion planning.
- Familiarity with CAD software for mechanical design (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
- Experience with embedded systems and real-time operating systems.
- Analytical Skills:
